When you complete a quote form on this website we collect the name, phone number, postcode, email address (if you give one), the service you have selected and any job details you type into the message box.

If you call or email us, we keep the contact details and job information you provide so we can quote, schedule and complete the work.

Our website may collect basic technical information such as pages visited and device type, used only to understand how the site is performing.

To respond to your enquiry and provide a written quote, normally within 24 hours.

To arrange, carry out and invoice work you have asked us to do.

To keep records of gas work, certificates and warranties where we are required to.

To contact you about a job in progress or a guarantee claim.

We rely on your consent when you submit an enquiry form, on the performance of a contract once you accept a quote, and on our legal obligations where records of gas work must be kept.

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary: with the customer relationship system we use to manage enquiries, with boiler manufacturers when registering a warranty in your name, and with regulators or insurers where we are legally required to.

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to completed work, certificates, guarantees and invoices are kept for as long as required for warranty, insurance and legal purposes.
