Our story
Built On Repeat WorkFrom Trafford Homeowners
We work out of 47 Urmston Lane in Stretford, which puts most of Trafford within fifteen minutes of the van. That matters more than it sounds: when a boiler fails in January, the difference between a local firm and a national one is whether anyone turns up the same day.
Most of our work is for homeowners in older Manchester housing stock — Victorian and Edwardian terraces, 1930s semis, converted flats — plus landlords and letting agents who need gas safety certificates turned round without chasing anybody. Those properties come with narrow airing cupboards, buried pipework and systems that have been added to three times over. That's the work we know.
Between Nathan, Thomas and the third engineer there is over 30 years of combined trade experience across domestic gas, heating and plumbing. Nothing on site gets subcontracted out to a face you haven't met.
Our speciality is cast iron radiator installation: period radiators sized, hung on sound fixings, pressure-tested and balanced so every room in the house reaches temperature at the same time. It's slow, heavy work that most heating firms would rather not quote for.
